Account Management: IOB Bank Netbanking facilitates their customers to manage their savings and current account and also can manage credit cards if required can change their address, phone number etc. without going to the IOB bank branch and they can see their account balance, transaction history and can download their account statements also.
  2. Borrowing Services: With the help of IOB bank Net Banking the customers can apply for loans and track their application apart from applying for loans they can also view their loan history, repayment schedule, and loan balance and can download interest certificates, update their PAN etc.
  3. Payment Services: Through the IOB bank Net banking the customers can pay their utility bills, and credit card bills and can set the remainder for automatic bill payment.
  4. Fund transfer: IOB bank Netbanking facilitates their customers to transfer funds to other IOB bank accounts as well as other bank accounts through IMPS, RTGS, NEFT and UPI.

How to Register for Indian Overseas Bank (IOB) Bank Internet Banking

IOB Bank internet banking facilitates customers to perform a wide range of transactions from anywhere, anytime. IOB Bank provides this service to every customer and they can register free of cost.

Here are the steps to follow for the registration for Net banking in IOB Bank:

Step 1: Go to the IOB Internet banking official website: https://www.iobnet.co.in

Step 2: Select the ‘Register’ option provided below the “Personal Login” tab.

Step 3: Enter your account number, email ID, country and Mobile number.

Step 4: create your Login ID and password of the user’s choice and Submit.

Step 5: After the successful validation the user will get two options for self-activation:

  • Through Debit card validation
  • By visiting the branch.

Step 6: If the user does not get the option of self-activation, then the user will be directed to activation through the branch and: 

  • An OTP will be sent to the registered mobile number.
  • On OTP verification customers will receive an Internet banking branch approval form to download and take the printout and data will be saved.

Step 7: If the user opts for activation through the branch then follow step no 6.

Step 8: If the user opts for self-activation through a Debit card then follow this process:

  • Enter the debit card number
  • The expiry date of the card
  • Debit card PIN.

Step 9: Click on ‘Submit’ and then an OTP will be sent to the user’s registered mobile number on successful verification of OTP and card details internet banking will be approved and a message will be displayed in front of the customer.

Note: If the debit card validation fails login ID created will not be saved and customers need to go through the registration process again.

Step 10: On successful ID creation the login ID will be approved without a fund transfer facility.

Step 11: If required, the customer can activate the fund transfer facility using the “change fund transfer “ option provided under the “Edit Profile” tab post again.

Step 12: Customers need to generate a fund transfer PIN at the “Forgot PIN/Generate PIN” option provided under the “Edit Profile” tab post-login.

Step 13: Customers need to assign a daily fund transfer limit at the “change daily limit” option under the “Edit Profile” tab post-login.

IOB Bank Internet Banking Login Procedure

Here is a step to login to the IOB Bank Internet Banking:

Step 1: Visit the official website of IOB Bank (https://www.iobnet.co.in)

Step 2: Click on the Personal Banking option.

Step 3: Click on the “Internet banking Login”.

Step 4:Enter the user ID and enter the login password.

Step 5: Click on the ‘Submit’ and proceed.

How to Reset IOB Bank Net Banking Password

Here are the steps to reset your IOB Bank Net Banking password:

Step 1: Open the official website of IOB Bank 

Step 2: Select the account type i.e. ‘Personal’ or ‘Corporate’.

Step 3: Click on the ‘Forgot password’ option.

Step 4: Enter the login ID and account number and click on ‘Submit’.

Step 5: Enter email Id and captcha code.

Step 6: Click on the ‘Continue’ option and enter the OTP sent to your registered mobile number.

Step 7: enter your new password confirm it and then click on ‘Submit’.

  • Transfer within IOB accounts
  • Transfer to self-account
  • Transfer to another bank account

Step 5: Enter the required details such as Beneficiary account, name, IFSC and transfer amount.

Step 6: Verify the details and click on ‘Transfer’.

Step 7: Enter the OTP sent on the user’s registered mobile number.

Step 8: After successful authentication funds will be transferred.
